Margo called Luke, Chris and Holden and told them to come to the station. Jack had the papers in his hands about Reid’s Car, and when they arrived he took them to the waiting room.
“Looks like your right...”
Luke was shocked and didn’t know what to say
“You found fingerprints then?”
“No...” Jack said
“But it looks like Reid’s car was messed with, and it would have had to been done at Bay City because if someone did them here Reid would have died going the other way instead of coming from Bay City!”
“What does this mean?” Luke said, starting to get emotional so that his voice was near breaking.
“Do you have any idea of who would have done this?” Holden asked.
“No” Jack told him.
Luke tried to think about everything leading up to the accident, but no one came to mind other then how Chris wanted Reid to go and get the heart. He heard Reid say his name in his dream, but was he the killer? Luke had to find out so he took off, as Holden and Jack yelled for him to come back. Chris ran after him but was unable to catch him up, so instead Chris decided to follow him.
When Luke drove past where Reid had his accident, he started to get upset, feeling lost and alone and close to breaking down but he managed to pull through it.

Luke eventually got to the hospital in Bay City and looked around for the doctor who met with Reid right before everything went down, right before the accident. Suddenly out of nowhere, Chris came up to him and grabbed his arm to try and stop him. Luke didn’t want anything to do with Chris; he knew all this happened because of Chris. How could Chris be involved was the question?
Chris eventually let go of his arm and Luke went inside followed closely by Chris.
Luke got to the floor that Dr. Ryan was on and asked a nurse where he was. The nurse told him that Dr. Ryan would most likely be in his office. Luke made his way to the office, finding the room number the nurse told him and Chris went with him but made sure to stay out of Luke’s way. Luke knocked on the door.
“Go away,” the doctor told him. Luke knocked on the door again but got the same response. This time Luke was pissed off and he opened the door.
“Hey! I told you to go away”
“I don’t give a damn, you killed Reid”
“What the fuck are you talking about?” he asked.
“You lured Reid here!”
“No I didn’t, I heard what happened, and I wasn’t even here!”
“What do you mean you were NOT here?”
“I was home sleeping”
“What?”
“I told the nurse to call Reid and tell him to come here on his own time”
“No! The nurse said that he needed to come here right at that moment”
“NO! I knew Reid didn’t want to come that night because he had something special planned he told me he wasn’t going to be able to get here till the next morning if all goes well”
Luke was more confused than ever.
The doctor got up from his desk and told Luke “We need to find the nurse, she will be able to tell you.”
Luke and the Doctor and Chris walked to the nurses’ station.
“Abby, you called Dr. Reid Oliver about the heart right?”
“I did, he was on his way over...when I called him”
“So you didn’t tell him to come that night?”
“No, he told me some guy told him, he needed to come over to the hospital tonight or the heart would be unable to be used”
The doctor turned to Luke “See?”
“You’re an ass Dr. Ryan” Luke told him straightly.
“I don’t know who called him then; you could take a look at his phone records”
Luke got on his cell phone and called Margo. “Margo do you have Reid’s cell phone?”
“Yes, why?”
“Look and see who called Reid on the night of his death!”
“OK...” Margo said, before turning to get Jack to go and find the phone.
They waited to see what Margo said.
Jack told Luke the numbers and he wrote it down, there were 2 calls from midnight to when Reid crashed.
“Who’s is it?” Luke asked showing the numbers to the doctor
“The area code is from the Dallas area” The Doctor told Luke.
“Dallas?” Luke asked.
“Yeah...” The doctor was confused.
“FUCK!” Luke yelled out loud.
It was then Luke realized exactly what was going on.
