26Jan gleezone: In an attempt to become a better Spanish teacher and to earn himself tenure at McKinley, Will begins taking night school classes. He is inspired by his teacher, David Martinez, to gain a better understanding of the Spanish language through the music of the Latin culture. After assigning the Gleeks a Spanish singing assignment for the week, Will gets mixed results when he invites the musically-inclined David to share his infectious enthusiasm with the kids of New Directions. After learning of Finn and Rachel’s secret engagement, Kurt does his best to convince the pair to forestall their plans. Meanwhile, Mercedes seeks Emma’s advice when she finds herself torn between her loyalty to Shane and her resurfacing feelings for Sam, and Sue gets an unwanted lesson in coaching from Roz Washington.

03Feb THR: The episode finds Will and Sue battling it out for an open tenure position at the school, while elsewhere Sam and Mercedes ponder what last week's smooch meant for them as a couple.
1. Will vs. Himself: Mr. Schue's Spanish teaching "skills" are on full display, and even he's ashamed that they include Taco Tuesday, "La Cucaracha" and an accordion. He's also not the only one who's embarrassed by the display.
2. Will and Sue vs. Figgins: With an open tenure position at McKinley, the two battle it out for to impress Principal Figgins for the spot. The winner? It isn't who you'd expect.
3. Sue vs. Will, Round 8,012: Positive that she's got the inside track on the tenure gig -- she's a proven champion! -- Sue uses a confrontation with Will to hit him up for a sperm donation, taking advantage of one specific physical attribute that up until this point has been the butt of endless jokes.
4. Will vs. David Martinez: Martin's Martinez takes over Will's Spanish classroom at McKinley … as a night school teacher. Why doesn't the fluent Señor Martinez's teach Español during the day? Night school is the beginning of a career change. His previous gig? Let's just say it involves Martin's killer smile, which is on full (comedic) display in the episode.
5. Sue Sylvester, mother? Is it physically possible for her to conceive? Let's just say that Sue took measures to ensure that it is -- more than 30 years ago and ahead of the technology that was readily available. Skeptics include Will, Emma, Santana and Roz, who comically suggests that Sue will give birth to full-grown adult grandchild, complete with a cell phone and briefcase.
6. The print materials in the episode are amazing: Sue on the cover of American Cheerleader magazine with the headline, "Kiss My Poms!" Other literature, courtesy of Emma's new series of pamphlets: "So You're a Two-Timin' Ho," "So You're Dating a Two-Timin' Ho," "Please Don't Hog My Fiancé's Nog," "Performance Anxiety -- It's Not Just for Teenage Boys," "How To Give Yourself Stitches," "Taint Misbehavin'," "So You Were a Jerk to Your Fiancé" and "Congratulations -- I Love You." In a related story, Emma could wind up being the one to support her husband.
7. Sue vs. Roz: Sue isn't the only award-winning coach at McKinley and Roz wants to -- and briefly does -- take over the Cheerios. Under Roz's direction, even Becky's a fan -- and the Cheerios co-captain's treachery doesn't end there.
8. Roz's backstory, revealed: She's a bronze-medal winning Olympian who … had a threesome with a certain Olympic record holder!
9. Santana sneaks in a nice reference to her on-screen mother, Gloria Estefan, when Will introduces Latin Week!
10. Everything Martin touches has duende. Especially this. Same goes for his duet with Santana on Madonna's "La Isla Bonita," which is muy bueno. (Como se dice, Emmy para Naya Rivera?)
11. Sam vs. Shane:Sam's professing his love for Mercedes via Twitter, and won't stop until a very romantic tweet about Mercedes is trending. Cute! While working out the details of their relationship, Mercedes gives Sam the silent treatment. Singing, however, isn't part of that as they each have songs that they perform to one another. Who has the first word when the experiment is over? Shane.
12. It's movie night at Rachel's as she confides (via Twilight!) in Mercedes and Kurt about her engagement to Finn. Kurt's initial reaction doesn't last long as he quickly comes to understand just why Rachel said yes. Rachel's reveal leads to a wonderful heart-to-heart between Kurt and Finn about college, marriage and the future, where Kurt's belief in Finn's star quality provides a fitting wake-up call for his multitalented brother that leaves the jock thinking.
13. The Gypsy Kings' "Bamboleo"/Enrique Iglesias' "Hero" as performed by the guys of New Directions, features some of the most fitting fashion the show has featured thus far. Three words: Mexican Hipster Boots.
14. Sue gives Will his due in a scene with Emma that not only explains her anger but also why she wants him to be a sperm donor.
15. Elvis in Español: Will translates Presley's "A Little Less Conversation" in full conquistador gear, complete with backing from a mariachi band and Mike and Brittany serving as the bulls. Not everyone is a fan of the performance.
16. Santana vs. Will: Santana calls Will out on his Spanish teaching skills and the racial stereotypes he's perpetuating while at the same time complimenting his abilities as the glee coach. The confrontation leads to a big reveal for Will, who begins to ponder his position. Is there a future for Señor Martinez at McKinley? Let's just say that Will takes Santana's message to heart and the tenure winner isn't who'd you'd expect it to be.

15Sep THR: 3x01 had already been written when Ryan realized Lindsay would fit. Her second appearance will likely be sectionals. Samuel will be a relative of Puck's.
26Oct E!: As for co-winner Samuel, Ryan says, "Sam is probably going to come in around episode ten or eleven, probably after the Christmas break." Yes, you will have to wait at least another two months to see those beautiful dreads again. (Er, but he's recorded for the Christmas CD.)

17Jan tvguide: Cory confirms that Samuel is now on set but they haven't met yet. His is a very interesting role and it ties into a lot of preexisting storylines. It feels very natural. It's a smart way to bring him into the show. He doesn't know if Samuel is a relative of Puck's as was originally planned.

01Feb gleezone: In honor of Valentine’s Day, Mr. Schuester challenges New Directions to find and perform the world’s greatest love songs. Meanwhile, Rachel’s two dads, Hiram and LeRoy Berry, pay a visit to McKinley High. Love takes center stage at McKinley High as Valentine’s Day approaches. While Mr. Schuester’s weekly assignment to find and perform the world’s greatest love songs has some of the Gleeks celebrating romance, for others it serves as a disheartening reminder of what they don’t have. When Rachel’s two dads learn of their daughter’s engagement to Finn, the seemingly supportive couple offers to throw a celebratory family dinner… but do they have ulterior motives? Meanwhile, Artie and Rory compete for Sugar’s affections, Sam gives Mercedes an ultimatum that forces her to look deep in her heart for answers, a new nonconformist student joins the ranks at McKinley and helps spread a message of acceptance, and Kurt is surprised by the discovery of a secret admirer.

02Feb tvguide: Per Naya, "There's a big dance at the school and Brittany [Heather Morris] and I are definitely going to go together. So maybe fans will get what they've been wanting." Heather confirms, "They'll be a lot of kissing for me and Santana. Naya and I had to do it over and over and over again." Heather also offers a Valentine's Day Easter egg clue for fans. "Here's something to look for," she says. "Somebody from our set dressers stamped a candy heart with 'Teen Lesbians.' It's really funny and I hope somebody spots it." Fans also won't be able to miss Larsen's long-awaited debut in the jam-packed hour as a character named Apollo. "Will and Emma [Jayma Mays] get in a fight," reveals Matthew, who doesn't see a wedding in Will and Emma's immediate future. "I don't think there will be a ceremony just because a lot of attention needs to be paid to the kids who are exiting the show." Chris Colfer (Kurt) confirms that while Darren Criss (Blaine), who was in New York City performing on stage during the shoot, "is in the episode, it's not in the way you might think. But there's definitely a huge development for Kurt in that episode that involves someone in a gorilla costume." Hmmm...
Though Chord Overstreet's Sam never got to sing Nat King Cole's "Nature Boy," as was planned as a mash-up with "Human Nature" in the Michael Jackson episode, the late great musical legend's romantic ballad, "L-O-V-E" will be performed by lovebirds Mike and Tina. Mercedes, Sam and Apollo sing Gym Class Heroes' "Stereo Hearts," while Mercedes will solo on "I Will Always Love You".

03Feb gleezone: In a deceitful bid to secure a Regionals’ victory for his Dalton Academy Warblers, New Directions’ arch rival Sebastian tries to blackmail Rachel to pull out of the singing competition. When a devastating event shocks the McKinley community, it causes the students to reevaluate their priorities, and inspires Mr. Schuester to reveal an uncharacteristic moment from his past. Meanwhile, a reinvigorated Quinn tries to regain her position on the Cheerios, Finn and Rachel make a sudden decision about their future together, Kurt helps a troubled friend through a difficult situation, and Will gets a surprising new ally.

15Feb Variety: Kevin Bacon, Chris Colfer and John C. Reilly have been added to the performance of "8," Dustin Lance Black's play about the Prop 8 trial that will be staged at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles on March 3. The event is a benefit organized by the American Foundation for Equal Rights, the org of entertainment and political activists pursuing the case in federal court, and Broadway Impact, the nonprofit set up to mobilize the theater community in support of same-sex marriage equality. Others in the cast include George Clooney and Martin Sheen as David Boies and Ted Olson, respectively, the lead counsels for the plaintiffs in the case. Rob Reiner is directing, and has a role in the play.

09Apr bravotv: Inside the Actors Studio will return with high profile celebrity guests. First up on Tuesday, January 31 at 8 pm will be George Clooney followed later in the year with the cast and creators of Glee.

22Feb fyeahgleeclub: Albatross on Senior Skip Day: That was yesterday at Santa Clarita Skate Park, where Kevin takes Dianna to see a bunch of kids from a program called Life Rolls On dropping in to pools in wheelchairs. And not the full-of-water kind. They were pretty amazing. The second half of the day we shot the rest of the kids riding roller coasters at Six Flags. True story: shooting on roller coasters is incredibly tedious and not at all as fun and exciting as it might sound, especially when you’re chasing daylight.

29Mar gleezone: When Blaine’s narcissistic older brother (and television commercial star) Cooper returns to Lima from Hollywood, Sue and Will enlist the local celebrity’s help in improving New Directions’ acting technique. While Cooper’s presence is welcomed by some, it forces Blaine to address the brothers’ ongoing sibling rivalry. As Quinn tries to be optimistic in the wake of her accident, Artie offers support tempered with a much-needed (albeit unwanted) dose of reality. Meanwhile, Sue gets medical news that forces a change in her behavior, and Puck makes Finn a business proposal that could derail his future plans with Rachel.

28Feb eonline: Glee is looking for a new gay male character to come on the show who will be the opposite of Sebastian: sweet, funny, handsome and optimistic. Max Adler was cast in the ABC drama pilot Last Resort but he's only appearing as a guest star. So he still has lots of opportunities to come back on Glee as Karofsky, and Adler is more than willing to return to the role. " I would love it," he told us. "To have experienced that life and to have this role has just been incredible and I think it's really important for people to see it." Of course if Last Resort gets picked up and he's bumped up to a series regular on the show…then a contract battle may ensue. But sources tell us the Glee honchos adore Adler and believe his performance in the last episode was second to none.
