I have so many ideas I can't use it's not even funny... This is the one I want out of the way first though.
This is just a... little idea that's been haunting me since I got up to Chapter 8. I tried to write it myself, but the beginning won't come and neither will the ending.
This is what I have (using Human!Wheatley)
"...But he'd show her. He'd show that smug, quietly judging little girl everything. Wheatley took a sip of his coffee and watched the lines of inventory flow over the screen. Yes, all of this was his. Every Companion Cube, turret and core in this faculty was his. Wheatley closed his eyes in satisfaction and took another sip. Yes, everything in this place was his.
... Including Chell.
Wheatley spat out his coffee all over the monitor."
So, yeah. Wheatley has a dramatic revelation about his relationship with Chell, and now has to decide if it's worth doing something with. How he reacts to this revelation (both immediately and after Chell comes back into the picture) is up to you, though I would like it if he reacted in some characteristically Wheatley way after realizing that Chell belongs to him (such as my example with him spitting out his coffee). It doesn't have to be human!Wheatley though. Use whatever you're most comfortable with, just try to keep Wheatley as a more humorous character instead of an outright dangerous one, at least until he gets his priorities straight. Past that, everything's up to you~

Go any which way you want with this. Some ideas I would personally use, if I could figure out how:
-Chell's guilt is subconscious. The only time she lets herself feel it is in her dreams/nightmares. Wheatley (and GlaDOS) find out when Chell falls asleep in an elevator and starts crying in her sleep.
-Wheatley wants to make Chell suffer for all her wrongdoings. So he teases her.
-Chell has no idea what sex is. Wheatley, however, does.
-GLaDOS gets maternal upon realizing what Wheatley's planning and tries to warn Chell, but Chell doesn't get it.
-Sphere!Wheatley with tentacles

Doug Rattman always tries to stay blank and professional around his test subjects, which is relatively easy when its a bunch of hoboes. But then his eye gets caught by a tall, blue-eyed British man, who is seemingly convinced that completing the testing will get him a) a green card and b) to be a NASCAR driver. He tries to resist Wheatley's charms, but eventually he cracks - it's not exactly ethical, but hey, this is Aperture. But then after a while his new friend goes missing, and in trying to find out what's happened to him, he learns things that his mind isn't strong enough to handle.
tl;dr: Rattman/Wheatley slash.
Bonus points if Rattman finally breaks while performing some sort of medical exam/screening on test subject!Wheatley.

What I'd like to see is dear old Wheats dealing with the aftermath- not only has he been stripped of power and thrown at the mercy of his nemesis, but now his one friend, the one person who was ever nice to him, is floating somewhere in the cold void of SPAAAAAAAAAAAACE space.

Okay, AU after game.
We've got Wheatley and Chell trying to survive out of Aperture, and, while raiding stores for food, Wheatly finds a guitar. Before he was in Aperture, he was a pretty normal (although pretty moronic) bloke, and he played a little bit of guitar.
He'd have to be a little bit rusty, but he could play "Anyone Else but You" by the Moldy Peaches for Chell, just to tell her how much he appreciates her friendship, and that he loves her a lot.
Of course, this has to end with fluff...like a fluffy sheep.

So I always had this little soft spot for Chell learning to... train GLaDOS, per se- sort of like a pet. Nothing sexual, really, just... I'm posting this so my mind will shut up about it. It's been plaguing me for days
Chell walks a long, long way through the wheat field, until she finally comes across a highway. Not knowing what else to do, she sits on the Companion Cube and waits for someone to drive by so she can try and hitch a ride. After a few hours, up rolls a certain semi who offers her a ride via his hologram. They ride in silence for a while, Optimus not knowing how to approach the situation or the girl who is wearing the name of the company that stole Cybertronian technology and apparently paid the ultimate price for it. Eventually, Optimus breaks down Chell's barriers and she spills the whole sad story to him, believing him to the the first human she's encountered since she was taken into testing. Fun times ensue when she realizes that once again, she's run into a robot. Just not an Earthen one.
This story could go a few different ways:
Daddy!Optimus (Freaking out over Chell's food/nutrition, getting overprotective, and wondering where the hell this British guy came from that Chell is so attached to for no apparent reason)
Optimus/Chell romance (which could evolve from Daddy!Optimus, if the authornon doesn't mind)

What if after, she actually had an emotional response? Or, what if she just got upset after Wheatleys betrayal? I guess what Im really looking for here is an emotional chell, only because she never seems to get upset in stories, and since I like to depress myself with stories. So there's a theory going around that Chell may have been taken into testing as a small child. If that was the case, that means that she would have likely known just as much about sex as Wheatley does, which is to say not really much at all.

I have so many ideas I can't use it's not even funny... This is the one I want out of the way first though.
This is just a... little idea that's been haunting me since I got up to Chapter 8. I tried to write it myself, but the beginning won't come and neither will the ending.
This is what I have (using Human!Wheatley)
"...But he'd show her. He'd show that smug, quietly judging little girl everything. Wheatley took a sip of his coffee and watched the lines of inventory flow over the screen. Yes, all of this was his. Every Companion Cube, turret and core in this faculty was his. Wheatley closed his eyes in satisfaction and took another sip. Yes, everything in this place was his.

So, yeah. Wheatley has a dramatic revelation about his relationship with Chell, and now has to decide if it's worth doing something with. How he reacts to this revelation (both immediately and after Chell comes back into the picture) is up to you, though I would like it if he reacted in some characteristically Wheatley way after realizing that Chell belongs to him (such as my example with him spitting out his coffee). It doesn't have to be human!Wheatley though. Use whatever you're most comfortable with, just try to keep Wheatley as a more humorous character instead of an outright dangerous one, at least until he gets his priorities straight. Past that, everything's up to you~

Go any which way you want with this. Some ideas I would personally use, if I could figure out how:
-Chell's guilt is subconscious. The only time she lets herself feel it is in her dreams/nightmares. Wheatley (and GlaDOS) find out when Chell falls asleep in an elevator and starts crying in her sleep.
-Wheatley wants to make Chell suffer for all her wrongdoings. So he teases her.
-Chell has no idea what sex is. Wheatley, however, does.
-GLaDOS gets maternal upon realizing what Wheatley's planning and tries to warn Chell, but Chell doesn't get it.
-Sphere!Wheatley with tentacles

Doug Rattman always tries to stay blank and professional around his test subjects, which is relatively easy when its a bunch of hoboes. But then his eye gets caught by a tall, blue-eyed British man, who is seemingly convinced that completing the testing will get him a) a green card and b) to be a NASCAR driver. He tries to resist Wheatley's charms, but eventually he cracks - it's not exactly ethical, but hey, this is Aperture. But then after a while his new friend goes missing, and in trying to find out what's happened to him, he learns things that his mind isn't strong enough to handle.
tl;dr: Rattman/Wheatley slash.
Bonus points if Rattman finally breaks while performing some sort of medical exam/screening on test subject!Wheatley.

What I'd like to see is dear old Wheats dealing with the aftermath- not only has he been stripped of power and thrown at the mercy of his nemesis, but now his one friend, the one person who was ever nice to him, is floating somewhere in the cold void of SPAAAAAAAAAAAACE space.

I had an idea that I thought was kinda adorable.
Okay, AU after game.
We've got Wheatley and Chell trying to survive out of Aperture, and, while raiding stores for food, Wheatly finds a guitar. Before he was in Aperture, he was a pretty normal (although pretty moronic) bloke, and he played a little bit of guitar.
He'd have to be a little bit rusty, but he could play "Anyone Else but You" by the Moldy Peaches for Chell, just to tell her how much he appreciates her friendship, and that he loves her a lot.
Of course, this has to end with fluff...like a fluffy sheep.

So I always had this little soft spot for Chell learning to... train GLaDOS, per se- sort of like a pet. Nothing sexual, really, just... Chell learning all these ways to cow GLaDOS and sort of tame her, and GLaDOS learning to trust Chell, the way a dangerous, wild animal that's been tamed might trust it's new "owner."

I'm posting this so my mind will shut up about it. It's been plaguing me for days
Chell walks a long, long way through the wheat field, until she finally comes across a highway. Not knowing what else to do, she sits on the Companion Cube and waits for someone to drive by so she can try and hitch a ride. After a few hours, up rolls a certain semi who offers her a ride via his hologram. They ride in silence for a while, Optimus not knowing how to approach the situation or the girl who is wearing the name of the company that stole Cybertronian technology and apparently paid the ultimate price for it. Eventually, Optimus breaks down Chell's barriers and she spills the whole sad story to him, believing him to the the first human she's encountered since she was taken into testing. Fun times ensue when she realizes that once again, she's run into a robot. Just not an Earthen one.
This story could go a few different ways:
Daddy!Optimus (Freaking out over Chell's food/nutrition, getting overprotective, and wondering where the hell this British guy came from that Chell is so attached to for no apparent reason)
Optimus/Chell romance (which could evolve from Daddy!Optimus, if the authornon doesn't mind)
I really don't expect this to be filled, but I had to say it to make it go away...
