Replica Riku - 'Joe Fieldman' - madeinoblivion - Kingdom Hearts
Roxas and 'Joe' met soon after his arrival in Siren's Port and got along well, initially due to some shared irritation with Riku and a certain bewilderment at the way this new world worked. After Roxas got a job at the stadium where Joe worked, they became fast friends, and eventually roommates.
Joe is the first true friend Roxas made on his own in Siren's Port and remains his best friend here. Rather than connecting because they're 'leftovers' of Sora and Riku, the two understand each other and their odd outsider perspective. Joe is the person he's most likely to turn to in a crisis, and along with Xion, the one he can let his guard down around the most.

Xion - mirroredmemory - Kingdom Hearts
The other best friend along with Axel and Joe. Along with the redheaded porcupine, Xion meant everything to Roxas when they were in the Organization, and that hasn't changed. Now that he is capable of remembering her and their friendship again, he's more than a little horrified that he forgot her to begin with, but deeply grateful she has returned to his life. His deepest regret is not being able to see what was happening to her in time, and being forced to defend himself at the cost of her life, even if it's what she wanted.
When Xion disappeared from Siren's Port, Roxas was shattered, and her reappearance some time later brought him deep relief. Now that neither of them is being used by the Organization, he plans to do everything he can to help her build a better life in Siren's Port, to make up for the past and because it's just what friends do.

Roxas and Riku didn't get off on the right foot at first, despite his never having reached Memory's Skyscraper for their battle. Riku first struck Roxas as being a little bossy and arrogant with the knowledge that he had and Roxas didn't-exactly the thing to rub him the wrong way after leaving the Organization. He was tired of having other people know more than him and dangle it over his head. Over several weeks, he began to recognize Riku's generally reasonable nature and sucked it up enough to ask for the truth about Sora.
Roxas respects Riku for giving him the facts about Sora and not treating him as an extension of his Other. He considers him a friend and cares about him, but is conscious of the fact that Riku is Sora's best friend, not his. All the same, Riku's patience and willingness to listen makes him someone Roxas can talk to easier than some people. On some level he's aware that Riku probably had a hand in putting him and Sora back together, but he prefers not to think about that if he doesn't have to.

Possibly the only person on whom Roxas' feelings were more mixed than Axel. He had nothing personally against his Other, the person he used to be before Sora lost his heart and created Roxas as his Nobody; it wasn't about disliking the person Sora is. But for so long, he was used as just a copy of Sora, and after Sora got his heart back, should Roxas even exist? What is he? It's all too confusing. All he could really do was try to stay separate in order to assert his individuality. Still, he was curious about his Other-the person he used to be, in a way-so Roxas took to stalking watching Sora, and the two eventually talked and forged the potential for a future relationship before Sora disappeared from Siren's Port-and then did so a second time. Now that Sora's returned again, Roxas is wary of opening himself up all over again only to have it come to nothing once more.

Terra - todomarishi - Kingdom Hearts
At first, Terra and Roxas got off on an even wronger foot than Riku and Roxas, and at the worst possible time. Shortly after Sora's disappearance from Siren's Port, Terra's discovery of Roxas and identification of him as his best friend Ventus, no matter what Roxas had to stay about it, mostly disturbed and annoyed Roxas. The subsequent minor stalking didn't help. For a while, Roxas attributed Terra's insistence that he was Ven to brain damage, considering the older Keybearer's memory loss upon arriving in Siren's Port.
These days, Roxas holds a much higher opinion of Terra. Despite his mistakes, he's got good intentions, and his regret over what his past actions resulted in for his friends resonates with Roxas; they've got more in common than he expected, and he feels comfortable discussing some of his problems with Terra.

Roxas had heard a lot about Ventus before he actually got here, but they couldn't really look that much alike, right? Wrong. Ventus' arrival in Siren's Port freaked Roxas out intensely and gave him another handy identity crisis. Once they actually met, though, Roxas couldn't help acknowledging that Ventus is a nice guy, and even liking him. Over time, he found himself developing brotherly feelings for his virtual twin (and thanks to a certain amount of silliness on Ven's part, they're definitely an older brother's feelings). Though he's still unnerved by unanswered questions about their resemblance, Ventus is someone he would fiercely protect.

ROXAS DID NOT UNDERSTAND THIS PERSON. More than he didn't understand most people. To be honest, he still doesn't really, but Tamaki was so friendly that he couldn't help but like him/be fascinated by him. Despite Tamaki's goofy demeanor, Roxas has come to consider him a close friend who he can lean on in tough times, and he wants to do the same in return.

Vanitas freaks Roxas out, hardcore. It's not bad enough that he's literally nothing but darkness; he's seen the other boy's face, and it rattled him something fierce. Not only that, but Vanitas has a way of getting under Roxas' skin and flipping his RAGE switch. Nothing but dislike here.

Master Xehanort - caliginose - Kingdom Hearts
Xehanort confounds Roxas. He's Xemnas before he was Xemnas, except maybe not. Why's he so old, if that's true? All he does know for sure is that he's a bad guy who's done bad things and will keep doing bad things in his future. After dodging Xehanort's attention for months, his refusal to give the man answers resulted in Xehanort sending Vanitas to kidnap Roxas for a week of experimentation. As a result, Roxas is even warier and more than a little freaked out. He's also very unhappy that Xehanort's taken an interest in Sora.

Decent guy. Kind of stuffy, and way too rigid in his thinking, but pretty generous and tries to do the right thing. Roxas would cautiously trust him with certain things, even though he failed to successfully explain to him what a Nobody is.

As soon as Xigbar arrived in Siren's Port, Roxas' life got a lot trollier. He doesn't actually mind his former comrade that much; Xigbar irritates him, but he's used to that, and there's no personal grudge involved. Still, he's been mixed up with Xehanort and the Organization far too long for Roxas to ever consider trusting him. Still, if he doesn't cause too much trouble, Roxas can tolerate his presence, although he's very curious and a little disturbed that Xigbar apparently knew Ventus long before Roxas was born.

As soon as Roxas realized his old boss had appeared in Siren's Port, he ran out to try and finish what he started on his last day in The World That Never Was-in other words, kill him dead. It was only Axel's timely intervention (and the weight of his bony ass) that stopped him from starting that fight. It's not personal betrayal that makes him furiousl; Xemnas was always too distant for that. But for what he did to Xion, Roxas will never forgive him.
Now that he's calmed down a little, Roxas still despises the Superior just as much, but he's willing to refrain from starting a fight to the death for Xion's and Axel's sakes. He's also not above using Xemnas' knowledge to learn more about Xehanort and Ansem if he can, but he prefers not to get too close.

Jinx strikes Roxas as kind of rude, but he's been used to that for literally as long as he can remember, so it doesn't faze him. She's funny and interesting, and she understands perfectly well that Roxas is not Sora, so that just gives her big huge bonus points in Roxas' book.

Roxas likes Namine too, although like Kairi, she gave him the weirdest sensation of needing to remember something at times. Now that Xion is here, his relationship with Namine might shift some but she is still a friend. The fact that they're both Nobodies makes him feel a certain connection to her, but her shyness and his own worries about what the answers would be like keep him from asking too many questions.

Roxas doesn't know what Daddy Lion is, but he doesn't care. There's such a sense of warmth and acceptance every time he gets near the wise lion that it really makes him wonder if he can feel after all. He regards Aslan as the closest thing he'll ever have to a father.

Ahiru is like the sweet little cousin Roxas never had. He thinks she's a really nice girl and appreciates her kindness and worry for him, but he also worries about protecting her, and feels some guilt for the Keybearers not stopping Xehanort for temporarily stealing her heart. He's shared some of his secrets with her, but he'll put up a wall if it means her safety.

Aqua initially frustrated Roxas by being another person to call him Ven, but she quickly got in his good graces by actually listening to him when he angrily clarified matters, and by being a sympathetic ear and a good listener. Now that she's returned after disappearing, he'd like to get to know her better, and maybe learn something as well.

Roxas respects Tifa for taking the initiative to look out for other people and not just think about the safety of her own circle of friends. After she allowed him to crash on her couch for a while after he left his apartment following Sora's arrival, she's become a closer friend. If he had a big sister or an aunt, she might remind him of them.

Raven seems nice enough, and she knows Jinx, to that gives her a few bonus points. (Roxas isn't entirely aware of her past history with Jinx as enemies. In fact, he's not aware of it at all, but since Jinx has quasi-reformed, it's all good.) She can be a little abrasive and make Roxas feel a little stupid, but in general she's all right.

Castiel is another one of those weird ones, but there's something in the way he doesn't quite udnerstand modern human life that is very familiar to Roxas. He kinda likes him because the angel seemed to understand how Roxas felt about Xemnas very quickly, and he wouldn't mind getting to know him better.

In an excellent display of his character judgment, Roxas feels bad for Azula because he can relate to being betrayed by people you thought were on your side. He can see that her grasp on stability is pretty loose, and if he notices someone has problems, they really have problems. Joe knows her a little better than Roxas, but he trusts his roommate's assessment to. Basically, he's pro-Azula and would help her if she needed it.

Xehanort's Heartless - 'Ansem' - turntodarkness - Kingdom Hearts
Roxas isn't entirely sure what to make of Ansem, Xemnas' other half and another future incarnation of xehanort. They're enemies by default, but Roxas has no personal grudge against the Heartless, even though Ansem had a hand in Roxas' own birth. Still, a bad guy is a bad guy and a Xehanort is a Xehanort, so they won't be making nice any time soon.

Nice guy, has nearly as many questions about things as Roxas does. Roxas gets the sense that Allen might be as clueless as he is about some things, which is sort of comforting.

Shared commiseration over the mystery of girls quickly led to Roxas' humiliation over not noticing what makes them pretty, or why he should care. Yeaaaaah. He thinks Yosuke seems like a nice enough guy, but that was really embarrassing.

Axel - Not currently in Siren's Port - Kingdom Hearts
Axel was Roxas' best friend, his mentor, the one person he thought he could count on-and it all fell apart as Roxas' disenchantment with Organization XIII grew and Axel continued to hide things from him. He was angry at his friend, but forgiveness wasn't impossible. He just wanted to know why as he learned more about the things Axel has done, both good and bad. To call his feelings 'mixed' was the understatement of the year. After Axel arrived in Siren's Port, Roxas did a lot of soul-searching and managed to forgive his friend after they had an honest talk, and they rebuilt their friendship into something even stronger. Axel was a rock for Roxas over months of emotional turmoil. He's devastated by his friend's disappearance, but plans to keep going and living the life he's got like Axel would want.

Zexion - Not currently in Siren's Port - Kingdom Hearts
Zexion was one of the Organization members for whom Roxas has no strong reaction, positive or negative. He barely knew him before he went to Castle Oblivion and died there, and he never personally did anything manipulative or screwed-up to Roxas. On some level, Roxas held some sympathy, since Zexion was a comrade when he was wiped out.
Here in Siren's Port, Zexion's insistence on being kind of creepy didn't sit well with Roxas, and he really didn't like that Zexion kept his history with 'Joe' quiet. But being Nobodies, they did have something in common should their kind have become a target of SERO, and Roxas took to occasionally turning to Zexion when he had questions about the nature of Nobodies that he couldn't or wouldn't ask Axel. It wasn't a friendship and it wasn't trust, but it was something.

Kairi's nice. Funny. Roxas liked her-how could he not? When he first met her, from time to time she made him feel a little strange, like he'd forgotten something important that she made him want to remember, but he couldn't. When she returned to Siren's Port, they re-struck up a friendship despite her not remembering being there before.

As they came in a pair, Roxas' feelings for Zexion were more or less reflected on Lexaeus, with less suspicion due to creeping. He had nothing against this former comrade, but that didn't mean they were friends. (And he hadn't forgotten that punch in the name of 'learning'.)

Vexen ranked slightly lower than Zexion and Lexaeus due to messing with Joe and being generally creepy, along with saying nasty things about Axel-not to mention kidnapping and experimenting on Riku. (Which Vexen was not guilty of but got blamed for anyway.) But again, no outright hate. He also did some painful poking at Roxas' lost memories of Project i before Xion's arrival.

Kei Yuki - Not currently in Siren's Port - Space Pirate Captain Harlock
Kei was a good friend to have-kind, understanding, and mischievous enough. She was a good big-sister type to Roxas and helped educate him a little about girls. They were just starting to be good friends when she disappeared the second time, but he'll always remember her.

Master Eraqus - masteryslight - Kingdom Hearts
Roxas didn't know Eraqus very well, but from what his apprentices had said of him, he seemed like a very intelligent, trustworthy, skilled Master, and the interactions they had backed that up. Roxas greatly appreciated that Eraqus was so calm about the looking-like-Ventus thing and accepted their difference immediately. He had Roxas' respect, although that might changed if he ever found out that Eraqus once tried to kill Ventus.

Roxas' former boss at his part-time gig at the coffeehouse Kahve SS. Roxas liked him a lot for taking a chance and giving him a job even though he was clueless about coffee, for being a generally nice guy, and for feeding him lobster. Yum.

Roxas didn't get to know him too well before the mouse kind disappeared, but he seemed brave and smart and kind, and it was interesting that he seemed to know Riku so well. He hopes he'll come back one of these days.

Roxas was initially excited to see someone familiar with the same worlds and beings that he was, and then a little let down to hear that Leon was already one of Sora's friends. Despite that, he appreciated the way Leon took things in calmly and didn't rush to judgment.

What a cool dog! And very smart, not to mention friendly. Roxas liked her and was glad he got the chance to help her with sticky teeth, even though the slurpee was a bust.

Atlas struck Roxas as a nice guy who was a good listener and, okay, maybe a little dumb when it came to ordering the correct (non-alcoholic) drinks, but well-intentioned. Hearing that he was supposedly a murderer, along with the embarrassment of the bar incident, made him a little warier of the guy, but he hadn't written him off yet before he disappeared.
